I have sat to think of the reasons why most entrepreneurs fail in business and I came to a conclusion that, there are 10 commandments that all entrepreneurs must obey. I call it the NAIJAPRENEUR COMMANDMENT for Nigerian young entrepreneurs, but I know it will work globally for all aspiring entrepreneurs, Law stated below:

10 Laws for Entrepreneurs

1. You shall not spend more than you earn.

2. You shall not do any business without a business plan.

3. You shall not borrow to do business.

4. You shall not enter into business partnership without an understanding of the business and a written and signed agreement by both parties.

5. You shall be a doer and not mere talker, no procrastination.

6. You shall not enter into trouble with the government.

Why will i share this statistics of facebook and internet users on this blog. It shows the potential at which business can be promoted and the amount of reach to Nigerian internet users.

According to internet statistic site ITU,

Nigerian Population - 155,215,573 population (2011)

Internet users 43,982,200 as of Jun/2010, 28.3% of the population.

Facebook users 2,991,200 on March 31/2011.

Out of over 150 million, we have close to 3million facebook users in Nigeria. With these 3 million, enterpreneurs are making lots of money through facebook. Imagine when facebook user and online users grow to 50% of the Nigerian population.
